Towards Destiny

Take my hand and hold it tight,
For I won’t be the one to let go or fight,
Your dream maybe selfish,
Call me egocentric to the extreme,
But You will not be allowed to drop the dream,
Pursue and pester until its yours,
That will be My Dream

Hold on and you will know,
Someone strong enough,
To trust, love and hold you,
Someone bold enough,
Not to let go and let you fail,
Is just what is keeping you from reaching out,
And meeting your Destiny….

Timeless Tableau, A Twist in The Tale

The news that her parents would be staying a while with her was by far one of the most pleasant surprises she had received in a long while.

Dark Secret

To say the least, my parents rejected and disowned me when they came to know how I really am. It is not by my free will that I lead a life like this, hiding from the society, never going home, always afraid of being ridiculed or mocked at. It is not my parents’ fault that they live in a coastal village along the western ghats of India where they are still not free to decide what is right and what is wrong for them. Similarly, it is not my fault that I’m like this; this is not a choice I have made.
